VIRGIN STEELE Frontman To Guest On Greece's 'Metalzone' Radio

Vocalist David DeFeis of veteran U.S. metallers VIRGIN STEELE will be interviewed live on Friday, December 18 on Greece's "Metalzone" radio show with Kostas Purevil Kyriakakis. VIRGIN STEELE will play two special acoustic shows in Italy in early March. They will be in Milano at Live Club on March 5, and Firenze at Siddharta Club on March 6. There is also talk of the band headlining (with its full electric show) the Play It Loud festival next year. VIRGIN STEELE will also make two German festival appearances next spring/summer. On May 23, 2010, the band will play the Rock Hard festival in Gelsenkirchen, Germany at the Amphitheater and on July 31, 2010 they will play the Headbangers Open Air festival in Brande-Hörnerkirchen at the Bauernhof mitten in der Botanik.

VIRGIN STEELE re-released its albums "Life Among The Ruins" (1992),"The Marriage Of Heaven & Hell Part I" (1994) and "The Marriage Of Heaven & Hell Part II" (1995) in October 2008 in Europe through the German label Dockyard 1. All three CDs contain bonus tracks, new booklets and liner notes. The bonus tracks for the "The Marriage Of Heaven & Hell Part II" album consist of two live performances recorded in Germany, while the "Life Among The Ruins" bonus cuts comprise several live acoustic tracks that were recorded in the living room of David DeFeis' house during rehearsals.
